Eberlestock backpacks

Since 2006, we can see Marine Scout Snipers with Eberlestock backpacks - G3 Phantom and GS05 Gunslinger models

Here you got some informations about the first pack:

Eberlestock G3 Phantom

Eberlestock started production of this model around 2006. The older 2006 version is now sold out anywhere and was replaced by newer version with some minor modifications - double compression straps on the sides replaced by one strap with fas-tex buckle, thicker harness with ventilation holes. So let's have a look on the newer version.

I won't write here a lot of info, because most of it you can read on Eberlestock web sites

The capacity of the pack is about 52 litres


One of the advantages is that you can simply remove the pack and carry backscabbard as a simple drag bag - for this purpose, the backscabbard features with a carry handle

Eberlestock GS05 Gunslinger is same size as phantom, but lacks the side cargo pockets, releasable backscabbard and is classic top-loading backpack.

Which model? They are great. Expensive as hell, but worth the money.

I have the G3 Phantom too , expensive yes but this is not a waste of money! I have used it with heavy charges and that's a pleasure, i hope the lifetime is good too , i don't have it for long enough to know.
